Senior Manufacturing Engineer

Fairwind Logistics is hiring a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to join our Charlotte, NC team.

About the role: As a Senior Manufacturing Engineer, you will work alongside a high-performing team on initiatives that directly impact our customers. You will own outcomes end-to-end, partner cross-functionally, and contribute to the long-term technical direction of the practice.

What you will do: - Partner with stakeholders to define problems, scope solutions, and ship results. - Own a portfolio of work end-to-end, from design through delivery. - Mentor teammates and raise the technical bar across the organization. - Contribute to roadmap planning and operational excellence.

- Demonstrated experience in a Manufacturing Engineer role. - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field. - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. - Proven track record of delivering measurable outcomes. - US work authorization required; visa sponsorship available for the right candidate.
